I don"t advice to work for this company! The company has no proper work process and treats the Indian staff in Delhi call centre as trash! They change person in charge of Indian region every month or so, as I learned.
I was hired on contract basis for 80, 000 rubles per month. On 4th day I was told that my performance is not up to their standards and I have not shown any growth. I mean, show growth in 4 days!? :) I was paid for 4 days from 50, 000 per month calculations, and not 80, 000. When asked why 50K and not 80K, the answer was "People who promised you such magnificent figures don"t work with us any more". Even though the salary was discussed with HR head Olga Nikolaevna and she is still there.
So was it my performance or simply that the company had decided that the position offered to me is no longer needed in the company, I don"t know for sure. The reason for my doubt is that the job vacancy description on hh. Ru changed and the salary being offered.
